MECHANICS:
  1. First 30 consumers PER ZONE who pay their dues ON OR BEFORE DUE DATE will automatically get a raffle entry;
  2. Entries will entirely base on the consumer’s account recorded in water district’s billing and collection system;
  3. The consumer’s account must not have arrears and penalty;
  4. If the consumer account is that of a boarding house or commercial lots/rental place, the one who paid the bill shall get the entry;
  5. Covered bill is for the month of July and covered payment due date is from July to August;
  6. 10 winners per zone will be raffled through an Online Wheel Randomizer;
  7. Raffle draw is on September 9, 2021 (winners will be posted in SWD website).
