- Labor Charge (Private plumber rate) — 40% of Cost of Materials

- One (1) month of arrears will mean disconnection of water service connection
- RECONNECTION CHARGES:
- Reconnection within 15 days from disconnection: P 200.00 + arrears
- Reconnection after 15 days from disconnection: P 500.00 + arrears
- Reconnection after 3 months from disconnection: Service Connection Fee + arrears
- Safety of Water Meter
- Consumer is advised to safeguard the water meter
- In case of loss or damage:
- Natural Damage – To be replaced by the office
- Intentional Damage – Consumer’s liability, Penalty Charge: P 950.00
- Lost water meter – Penalty Charge: P 950.00

- Only Surallah Water District (SWD) personnel is allowed / authorized to do any repair from MAINLINE UP TO WATER METER
- NO BILL ADJUSTMENTS
- In case of sudden increase in water bill, especially due to leakages, SWD allows staggered payments provided that a service request is issued.
- In case of water discoloration, the consumer can request for flushing. Free of charge.
- Cashier/Collection time is available until 5:00 PM only.
- No office on Saturday and Sunday.
Note: Leakage after water meter resulted to high bill will mean consumer’s liability.
Consumer can repair any in-house trouble or leakages after water meter.
