REQUIREMENTS

  • Fees:
    • Transfer fee: Php 350.00
    • Private plumber’s labor charge: 40% of materials cost

SERVICE DURATION

One (1) day

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

Step 1

  • Go to Frontline Staff and fill-up Service Request Form.

Step 2

  • Pay at Cashier the required fees.

Step 3

  • Present Official receipt of full payment to Frontline Staff to finalize request.
    Note: Wait the following day for SWD personnel to conduct pre-installation inspection and materials estimate.

Step 4

  • Procure required materials. Text or call Frontline Staff upon availability of required materials for the schedule of installation of water connection by private plumbers.

Step 5

  • Installation of new water service connection.
  • Sign Installation Report
