REQUIREMENTS

  • None

SERVICE DURATION

Forty-five (45) minutes.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

Step 1

  • Go to Frontline Staff and fill-up Service Request Form.

Step 2

  • Wait within one (1) day for the maintenance personnel to conduct disconnection of water service.

Step 3

  • Disconnection of Water Connection
  • Sign and receive Customer’s Copy of Service Request Form from Maintenance Personnel after disconnection of water meter had been conducted.
