This service can be availed by the account holder or the immediate family of the account holder, in cases of death or of his/her the immediate family who had been living in the same account address.

REQUIREMENTS
- Photocopy of the death certificate of the account holder or the immediate family of the account holder
- Customer’s copy of latest water bill
SERVICE DURATION
15 minutes
CLIENT STEPS
- Submit requirements to the customer service assistant for processing of discount
- Receive the customer’s copy of the discounted bill
- End of transaction
