This service can be availed by the account holder or the immediate family of the account holder, in cases of death or of his/her the immediate family who had been living in the same account address.

The account holder/immediate family of the account holder who had been living in the same account address.


REQUIREMENTS

  1. Photocopy of the death certificate of the account holder or the immediate family of the account holder
  2. Customer’s copy of latest water bill

SERVICE DURATION

15 minutes


CLIENT STEPS

  1. Submit requirements to the customer service assistant for processing of discount
  2. Receive the customer’s copy of the discounted bill
  3. End of transaction
