REQUIREMENTS

  • None

SERVICE DURATION

Forty-five (45) minutes.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

Step 1

  • Go to Frontline Staff and fill-up Service Request Form / call or text SWD Hotline.

Step 2

  • Wait for the maintenance personnel to perform the requested service.
    Note: Upon availability of Maintenance Personnel but not to exceed two (2) hours.

Step 3

  • Sign and receive from the maintenance personnel the Customer’s copy of the duly filled-up Service Request Form after repair had been conducted.
