Account holder may request for the reconnection of disconnected water service provided that certain procedures and requirements had been complied with by the account holder.

REQUIREMENTS
- Reconnection Fee:
- For disconnected within 15 days:
- Reconnection Fee of Php 200.00
- Full payment of arrears, if any
- For disconnected more than 15 days but not over 90 days:
- Reconnection Fee of Php 500.00
- Full payment of arrears, if any
- For disconnected for 3 months and above:
- Reconnection Fee of Php 3,000.00
- Full payment of arrears, if any
- For disconnected within 15 days:
- Valid ID with picture for identity verification purposes
SERVICE DURATION
- For disconnected within 15 days – 1 day and 15 minutes
- For disconnected more than 15 days but not over 90 days – 3 days and 15 minutes
- For disconnected for 3 months and above – 5 days and 15 minutes
CLIENT STEPS
- Fill out Service Request Form (SRF) at the Customer Service
- Submit filled out SRF together with valid ID with photo to Customer Service Assistant
- Present statement of account to cashier and pay the stated amount
- Present official receipt of payment to customer service assistant
- Wait for the SWD personnel to conduct reconnection of water service
- Sign and receive consumer’s copy of service request form
- End of transaction
