Under Normal Circumstances: Available everyday at any time of the day (24/7).

Consumers of Surallah Water District.

REQUIREMENTS

  • None

SERVICE DURATION

Forty-five (45) minutes.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

Step 1

  • Go to Frontline Staff and fill-up Service Request Form OR you may call or text SWD Hotline for the requested service.

Step 2

  • Wait within the day for the maintenance personnel to perform the requested service.

Step 3

  • Sign and receive from the maintenance personnel the Customer’s copy of the duly filled-up Service Request Form after flushing of distribution line had been conducted.
