Consumers of Surallah Water District.
- New or serviceable gate-valve
Forty-five (45) minutes.
HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE
- Go to Frontline Staff and fill-up Service Request Form / text or call Frontline Staff.
- Wait within the day for the maintenance personnel to perform the requested service.
- Change Gate-Valve.
- Sign and receive from the maintenance personnel the Customer’s copy of the duly filled-up Service Request Form after damaged gate-valve had been replaced.
