Consumers of Surallah Water District.

REQUIREMENTS

  • New or serviceable gate-valve

SERVICE DURATION

Forty-five (45) minutes.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

Step 1

  • Go to Frontline Staff and fill-up Service Request Form / text or call Frontline Staff.

Step 2

  • Wait within the day for the maintenance personnel to perform the requested service.

Step 3

  • Change Gate-Valve.
  • Sign and receive from the maintenance personnel the Customer’s copy of the duly filled-up Service Request Form after damaged gate-valve had been replaced.
