A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO DSSD FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS GROCERY ITEMS AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS GROCERY ITEMS as raffle prizes for 150 consumers and employees for the celebration of SWD year-end evaluation and Christmas fellowship.
WHEREAS, in response to the said request one (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of VARIOUS GROCERY ITEMS as raffle prizes for 150 consumers and employees for the celebration of SWD year-end evaluation and Christmas fellowship.
WHEREAS, the DSSD FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation the BAC has declared to recommend award to DSSD FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and recommend approval of award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare and recommend award to DSSD FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION as Single Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of VARIOUS GROCERY ITEMS as raffle prizes for 150 consumers and employees for the celebration of SWD year-end evaluation and Christmas fellowship.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
