A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO TESORO’S PRINTING PRESS AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (7,700) SETS OF CALENDAR FOR CY 2023 AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (7,700) SETS OF CALENDAR FOR CY 2023 to be distributed to consumers.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement one (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (7,700) SETS OF CALENDAR FOR CY 2023 to be distributed to consumers.
WHEREAS, the TESORO’S PRINTING PRESS bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation the BAC has declared to TESORO’S PRINTING PRESS as single calculated and responsive quotation for RFQ NO. 22-10-124 – September 26, 2022 and recommend approval of award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare and recommend award to TESORO’S PRINTING PRESS as Single Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (7,700) SETS OF CALENDAR FOR CY 2023 to be distributed to consumers.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
