A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO JEMA FUTURE-BEST ENTERPRISE AS MOST RESPONSIVE QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) SETS OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND MOTOR AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) SETS OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND MOTOR as spare for pumping stations 3 and 11.
WHEREAS, in response to the said request five (5) bidders have submitted its quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) SETS OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND MOTOR as spare for pumping stations 3 and 11.
WHEREAS, the JEMA FUTURE-BEST ENTERPRISE bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, based on post qualification evaluation report the BAC has declared to recommend award to JEMA FUTURE-BES ENTERPRISE as post qualified for being compliant with the requires specs by the end user on RFQ No. 22-08-085 dated August 2, 2022.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare and recommend award to JEMA FUTURE-BEST ENTERPRISE as most responsive quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) SETS OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND MOTOR FOR PS # 3 & 11.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
