A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO JB JANZ MARKETING AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER to be used for large consumption of commercial classification concessionaires
WHEREAS, in response to the said request one (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER to be used for large consumption of commercial classification concessionaires.
WHEREAS, the JB JANZ MARKETING bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation of the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to JB JANZ MARKETING as Single Calculated and Responsive Quotation for RFQ No. 22-07-072 dated July 5, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to JB JANZ MARKETING as single calculated and responsive quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER to be used for large consumption of commercial classification concessionaires
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
