A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO CHEMICAL RESEARCH PRODUCTS AS THE LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE QUOTATION AND POST QUALIFIED FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SIXTY (60) DRUMS OF CHLORINE GRANULES AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its request for quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SIXTY (60) DRUMS OF CHLORINE GRANULES and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement two (2) suppliers have submitted its quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SIXTY (60) DRUMS OF CHLORINE GRANULES as water disinfectant.
WHEREAS, the CHEMICAL RESEARCH PRODUCTS bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after POST QUALIFICATION EVALUATION REPORT the BAC has declared to recommend award to CHEMICAL RESEARCH PRODUCTS as post qualified being the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-05-052 dated May 10, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to CHEMICAL RESEARCH PRODUCTS as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SIXTY (60) DRUMS OF CHLORINE GRANULES as water disinfectant.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
