A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO JB JANZ MARKETING AS LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50 PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its request for quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50 PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement two (2) suppliers have submitted its quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50 PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER
WHEREAS, the JB JANZ MARKETING bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after post qualification evaluation report the BAC has declared to recommend award to JB JANZ MARKETING being post qualified/Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-04-037 dated April 5, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to JB JANZ MARKETING as Responsive quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50 PIECES VOLUMETRIC WATER METER
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
