A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO PEOPLE’S GENERAL MERCHANDISE AS THE RESPONSIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE AND JANITORIAL SUPPLIES – 1st SEMESTER CY 2022 AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water Distruct advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of OFFICE AND JANITORIAL SUPPLIES – 1st SEMESTER CY 2022 in PhilGEPS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement three (3) suppliers have submitted its quotation for the procurement of OFFICE AND JANITORIAL SUPPLIES – 1st SEMESTER CY 2022.
WHEREAS, the PEOPLE’S GENERAL MERCHANDISE bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after POST QUALIFICATION EVALUATION REPORT the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to PEOPLE’S GENERAL MERCHANDISE as the Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-03-027 dated March 3, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premised considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to PEOPLE’S GENERAL MERCHANDISE as the responsive quotation for the procurement of OFFICE AND JANITORIAL SUPPLIES – 1st SEMESTER CY 2022
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
