A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO RFCOM ELECTRONICS SALES & SERVICES AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE TWO-WAY RADIO AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water Distruct advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of PORTABLE TWO-WAY RADIO and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisements, one (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of PORTABLE TWO-WAY RADIO for communication services.
WHEREAS, the RFCOM ELECTRONICS SALES & SERVICES bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after post qualification evaluation report the BAC has declared to recommend award to RFCOM ELECTRONICS SALES & SERVICES being post qualified as Single Calculated and Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-02-020 dated February 14, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premised considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to RFCOM ELECTRONICS SALES & SERVICES as Single Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of PORTABLE TWO-WAY RADIO for communication services.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
