A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO DRONA MARKETING, INC. AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE EXPANSION PROJECTS AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of MATERIALS FOR THE EXPANSION PROJECTS at PhilGEPS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement one (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of MATERIALS FOR THE EXPANSION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the DRONA MARKETING, INC. bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation and POST QUALIFICATION EVALUATION REPORT the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to DRONA MARKETING, INC. as Single Calculated and Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-01-004 dated January 18, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to DRONA MARKETING, INC. as Single Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of MATERIALS FOR THE EXPANSION PROJECTS
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
