A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO SUGANOB PAINT TRADE AND HARDWARE VENTURES, INC. AS LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAINTING OF PUMPING STATIONS AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAINTING OF PUMPING STATIONS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement two (2) supplier have submitted its quotation for the procurement of VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAINTING OF PUMPING STATIONS
WHEREAS, the SUGANOB PAINT TRADE AND HARDWARE VENTURES, INC. bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation and POST QUALIFICATION EVALUATION REPORT the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to SUGANOB PAINT TRADE AND HARDWARE VENTURES, INC as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-01-017 dated January 27, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to SUGANOB PAINT TRADE AND HARDWARE VENTURES, INC. as Lowest Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAINTING OF PUMPING STATIONS
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
