A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO U1M1G ENTERPRISE AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS PLUMBING MATERIALS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of VARIOUS PLUMBING MATERIALS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement one (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of various plumbing materials for repair and maintenance services
WHEREAS, the U1M1G ENTERPRISE bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to U1M1G ENTERPRISES. as the Responsive Quotation for RFQ NO. 22-01-012 dated January 18, 2022 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to U1M1G ENTERPRISE as Single Calculated and Responsive quotation for the procurement of various plumbing materials for repair and maintenance services
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION AS DULY ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 02, 2022, 1:00 PM AT THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE OFFICE, SURALLAH WATER DISTRICT, SURALLAH, SOUTH COTABATO.
