A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO PHILGUARD SECURITY SERVICES, INC. AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2022 AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2022 short of award, in PHILGEPS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement ONE (1) supplier have submitted its quotation for the procurement of SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2022.
WHEREAS, the PHILGUARD SECURITY SERVICES, INC, bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after POST QUALIFICATION EVALUATION REPORT (POST-QUALIFIED) the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to PHILGUARD SECURITY SERVICES, INC. Single Calculated and Responsive Bid for RFQ NO. 21-11-111 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to PHILGUARD SECURITY, SERVICES, INC. as Single Calculated and Responsive Bid for the procurement of SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2022.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
