A RESOLUTION DECLARING GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY AS SINGLE SUPPLIER WITH RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT DISCHARGE ASSEMBLIES AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL AND AWARD
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of ELECTRO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND COMPLETE DISCHARGE ASSEMBLIES in PHILGEPS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement ONE (1) supplier has submitted its quotation for the procurement of ELECTRO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND COMPLETE DISCHARGE ASSEMBLIES.
WHEREAS, the GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY as the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid for the procurement of ELECTRO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND COMPLETE DISCHARGE ASSEMBLIES
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
