A RESOLUTION DECLARING MCDEAN TRADING AS SUPPLIER WITH LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (!) UNIT DEMOLITION HAMMER AND ONE (1) UNIT WELDING GENERATOR SET AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL AND AWARD
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised at PhilGEPS its REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT DEMOLITION HAMMER AND ONE (1) UNIT WELDING GENERATOR SET in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement THREE (3) suppliers have submitted its quotation for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT WELDING GENERATOR SET to be used for repair below concrete road pavement and welding GI pipes crossing bridges.
WHEREAS, the MCDEAN TRADING bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after through deliberation the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to MCDEAN TRADUING as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid for RFQ NO. 21-08-079 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to MCDEAN TRADING as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT WELDING GENERATOR SET for repair below concrete road pavement welding GI pipes crossing bridges.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
