A RESOLUTION DECLARING ELLIOTT ENTERPRISES AS THE SUPPLIER WITH THE LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SET DESKTOP AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL AND AWARD
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION for the procurement of ONE (1) SET DESKTOP COMPUTER FOR GIS in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement (2) suppliers have submitted its quotation for the procurement of ONE (1) SET DESKTOP COMPUTER FOR GIS
WHEREAS, presented to the Bids and Awards Committee the Abstract of Canvass for Purchase Request No. 21-03-043 for the procurement of ONE (1) SET DESKTOP COMPUTER FOR GIS.

WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to ELLIOTT ENTERPRISES as the supplier with Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid for the procurement of ONE (1) SET DESKTOP COMPUTER FOR GIS.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
