A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD TO TECHNO-TRADE RESOURCES, INC. AS LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS UPVC PIPES AND RECOMMENDING AWARD TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO
WHEREAS, the SURALLAH WATER DISTRICT advertised its INVITATION TO BID in PHILGEPS for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS UPVC PIPES and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement two (2) bidders have submitted its bid for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS UPVC PIPES
WHEREAS, the TECHNO-TRADE RESOURCES, INC. bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, after POST QUALIFICATION AND EVALUATION REPORT the BAC has declared to recommend award to TECHNO-TRADE RESOURCES, INC. as post qualified being the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premised considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to TECHNO-TRADE RESOURCES, INC. as Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid for the procurement for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SIZES OF UPVC PIPES
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
