A RESOLUTION DECLARING KGD BUILDERS AS SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) PRODUCTION WELL WITH 250MMØ WELL CASING X 100MM DEPTH AT MAGNO SUBD., ZONE 3, LIBERTAD, SURALLAH AND RECOMMENDING AWARD TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO
WHEREAS, the SURALLAH WATER DISTRICT advertised Invitation to Bid for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) PRODUCTION WELL WITH 250MMØ WELL CASING X 100MM DEPTH AT MAGNO SUBD., ZONE 3, LIBERTAD, SURALLAH and posted in the PhilGEPS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 7 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisements, one (1) bidder has purchased the bid documents and submitted its bid on February 16, 2022 at 11:30 AM for the procurement of CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) PRODUCTION WELL WITH 250MMØ WELL CASING X 100MM DEPTH at Magno Subd., Zone 3, Brgy. Libertad, Surallah, So. Cot.
WHEREAS, the KGD BUILDERS bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, the POST QUALIFICATION was conducted and upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical and financial requirements the members of the BAC has declared to recommend award to KGD BUILDERS in compliance with requirements for PR No. 22-01-001 and recommend approval and award to GM ANTONIO V CANIESO
WHEREFORE, premised considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared and recommend award to KGD BUILDERS as Single Calculated and Responsive Bid for the procurement of CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) PRODUCTION WELL WITH 250MMØ WELL CASING X 100MM DEPTH at Magno Subd., Zone 3, Brgy. Libertad, Surallah, So. Cot.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION be furnished to concerned personnel for their information.
