RESOLUTION DECLARING LCRB AND RECOMMENDING AWARD OF CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee of the SURALLAH WATER DISTRICT posted its Invitation to Bid for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electromechanical Equipment, Fabrication of Discharge Assemblies & Other Necessary Components with an ABC of Php 1,153,750.00, in the PhilGEPS, SWD website and bulletin board constinuously for twenty-five (25) days from August 5, 2021 to August 25, 2021;
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisements, two (2) suppliers had purchased the bid documents and submitted their bid proposals prior to the scheduled bid opening, namely ARMEN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SALES & GENERAL MERCHANSIDE and GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY
WHEREAS, on the scheduled bid opening on August 25, 2021, the bid proposals and requirements of the bidders where found substantially complying, with their amount of bid as shown below:

WHEREAS, post qualification of the submitted proposal of the LCB, as to brand and country of origin offered were summarized as follows:

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical and financial requirements submitted by the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid in the amount of Php 1,038,375.00, the BAC with the recommendation of the end-user, has found the same to be responsive
NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED:
- To declare ARMEN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SALES & GENERAL MERCHANDISE with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive (LCRB) for the supply, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning of electromechanical equipment, fabrication of discharge assemblies & other necessary components
- To recommend for approval of award by the General Manager the foregoing findings.
