A RESOLUTION DECLARING GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY AS THE BIDDER WITH SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SIZES OF UPVC PIPES AND GI PIPES – PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 21-02-030 AND RECOMMENDING TO GM ANTONIO V. CANIESO FOR APPROVAL AND AWARD
WHEREAS, the Surallah Water District advertised the Invitation to Bid for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SIZES OF UPVC PIPES AND GI PIPES and posted in PHILGEPS and in conspicuous place at the premises of Surallah Water District continuously for 21 days.
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement (1) bidder purchased bid documents and submitted their bid on April 14, 2021.
WHEREAS, the bid proposal was found to be substantially complying as shown below:

WHEREAS, the POST QUALIFICATION AND EVALUATION was conducted and upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical and financial requirements submitted by GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY, its bid has been found to be responsive.
WHEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion duly seconded, the committee
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare, as it is hereby declared the GS FERROLINO CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY. as the bidder with Single Calculated and Responsive Bid and recommending for its approval by GENERAL MANAGER ANTONIO V. CANIESO.
RESOLVED finally, the copy of this RESOLUTION to be furnished to concerned personnel for their information
