  3. Metering Charge / Meter Maintenance — P 10.00
  4. Materials will be shouldered by the consumer
  5. Labor Charge (Private plumber rate) — 40% of Cost of Materials
  6. Due Date — 14 days after reading

  7. Overdue payment — 10% penalty charge
  8. One (1) month of arrears will mean disconnection of water service connection
  9. RECONNECTION CHARGES:
    1. Reconnection within 15 days from disconnection: P 200.00 + arrears
    2. Reconnection after 15 days from disconnection: P 500.00 + arrears
    3. Reconnection after 3 months from disconnection: Service Connection Fee + arrears
  10. Safety of Water Meter
    1. Consumer is advised to safeguard the water meter
    2. In case of loss or damage:
      1. Natural Damage – To be replaced by the office
      2. Intentional Damage – Consumer’s liability, Penalty Charge: P 950.00
      3. Lost water meterPenalty Charge: P 950.00

  12. Only Surallah Water District (SWD) personnel is allowed / authorized to do any repair from MAINLINE UP TO WATER METER
  13. NO BILL ADJUSTMENTS
    1. In case of sudden increase in water bill, especially due to leakages, SWD allows staggered payments provided that a service request is issued.
  14. In case of water discoloration, the consumer can request for flushing. Free of charge.
  15. Cashier/Collection time is available until 5:00 PM only.
  16. No office on Saturday and Sunday.

Note: Leakage after water meter resulted to high bill will mean consumer’s liability.
Consumer can repair any in-house trouble or leakages after water meter.
